Job Title: Relationship Manager (Financial Products) Location: Bhopal Kolar Road

Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager – Sales is responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing clients to drive the sales of Demat & Trading accounts, Mutual Fund, Insurance etc. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients for Demat & Trading accounts.
- Conduct awareness programs at institutions to generate leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide personalized service to clients and address their needs and queries promptly.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Cross-sell other financial products and services to existing clients.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the stock market and financial products.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of Demat & trading accounts and related services along with Mutual Fund’s & Insurance.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all client documentation is complete and accurate.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines while conducting sales activities.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the General Manager.
- Track and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Customer Support:
- Provide after-sales support to clients.
- Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding their Demat accounts. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector with a full time Stock Broker.
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially Demat accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification (NISM) in financial markets or related fields shall be preferred.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Demat accounts and the stock market.
